Peter Prakash

Peter heads the technology efforts of Swell Energy as it’s Chief Information Officer. In this position, Peter is responsible for all systems and software engineering, data analytics, digital innovation and IT systems operations. Peter is responsible for scaling Swell’s IT and data platforms, including its Distributed Energy Resource Management Software, GridAmp to enable Virtual Power Plant Operations.

Prior to joining Swell, Peter was the Sr. Directory of IT Strategy at Coca-Cola Consolidated, where he oversaw the enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and M&A operations. Prior to Coke, Peter held engineering roles at Progressive Insurance. Peter has extensive IT consulting experience with different Fortune 500 clients globally in the finance and insurance sectors. Peter has a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA in Management Information Systems
