Aljon Del Rosario

Aljon Del Rosario is a Director at Index Partners and leads the firm’s Infrastructure and Renewable Energy practice across Asia and Africa. He has over a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and asset management, with a focus on utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage. In the Philippines, he has advised on more than 1,000 MW of successful bids under the Department of Energy’s Green Energy Auction Program and supported over 2,000 MW of bankable renewable energy projects.

His work spans fundraising, M&A, project finance, and strategic consulting, enabling developers and investors to bring projects to financial close. He has structured equity partnerships, arranged debt financing, and guided sponsors through regulatory and commercial requirements critical to bankability. Aljon brings practical insight into what financiers require to back energy and storage assets, bridging the perspectives of developers and investors, and continues to play an active role in accelerating the energy transition in the Philippines and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
