Hugh drives the growth of Fluence Digital across Asia Pacific as our Senior Business Development Manager, leading client engagement, shaping market strategy, and championing the adoption of our advanced digital solutions. With over 10 years of experience in renewables and energy storage, Hugh specialises in solutions that optimise the performance and revenue outcomes of energy portfolios. Prior to joining Fluence, he worked for a startup energy storage optimiser and spent several years at Vestas, where he led the plant optimisation function for the APAC region.
