Ross Bennett

Ross is the Head of NORD/LB’s Structured Finance APAC business. In this role he covers
relationship management, origination, execution and portfolio management of project
finance loans in the region, with a focus across NORD/LB’s core sectors of renewable
energy, social, digital and transportation infrastructure.

Ross joined NORD/LB in 2018. Prior to his current role with the team, he was a Director in
the Structured Finance Origination and Execution team. In this role he was structuring and
arranging project finance solutions for NLB’s clients across APAC and taking a lead role in
Australian renewable energy and social infrastructure financings.

A credit-focused, project and asset-backed financier, Ross brings experience from prior
roles at Macquarie and Standard Chartered, where he covered a range of structured debt
products including non-recourse project and export finance, mezzanine and acquisition
debt finance, private equity investments and high yield bonds.

Over the years, Ross has arranged financing solutions across various sectors and
geographies, notable sectors being power & renewables, natural resources, shipping,
aviation and telecoms; and geographies include South East Asia, South Asia, North Asia,
Australasia, Europe and the Middle East.

Originally from the UK, Ross has been working in Singapore since 2011 and has a Bachelor
of Science degree in Economics & Finance from the University of York
