Kwang Heng Leow

Kwang Heng is a director with the MUFG Project Finance team based in Singapore. He has more than 15 years of project finance experience in a wide variety of industries in Asia, including power, transport and real estate. He has been actively engaged in transactions, both as a lead arranger and as an advisor.

Kwang Heng focuses on the Power and Renewables sector in Asia. He has led the financing of numerous award-winning projects across sectors such as offshore wind, solar and hybrid round the clock. In the recent few years, he has been more focused on projects in key renewable markets in Asia such as Taiwan and India. He has a keen interest in key developments and emerging trends in the market such as incorporation of storage into renewable projects, development of standalone storage projects and C&I offtake arrangement.

Kwang Heng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, with a major in Finance and Marketing.
